Registering a caveat on an International trade mark

You can ask us to notify you of any of the following events or actions:

• publication of an international trade mark (UK) in the UK Trade Marks Journal or total/partial refusal before publication.
• formal opposition filed against an international trade mark (UK)
• International trade mark (UK) protected or withdrawn, refused or abandoned after publication.

Fill in Form TM31M

To register a caveat, fill in form TM31M and send us:

• a fee of GBP £20 for each type of action that you want to be told about

What happens next?
