Notice of Threatened Opposition
This form is for anyone considering opposing a Trade Mark application and may be used to extend the period they have to launch opposition proceedings so that it expires three months following the publication of the trade mark in the Trade Marks Journal. The Form TM7a must be filed within the standard period for filing opposition, which is two months following the publication of the trade mark.
There is no fee associated with this form, which is only available through this website.
