Changes to hearing procedures

From, 1 October 2007 our hearing procedures changed.

• We now issue notifications of earlier rights to both the applicant and the holders of the earlier rights.
• New rules state that no party is entitled to be heard in respect of any decision to notify either party of the earlier right. Therefore, hearings cannot be held in respect of notifications raised on relative grounds.
