Please be aware that we cannot refund your application fee for any reason and you cannot alter your mark after you have sent us your application form.

Use of personal information
Your details, including your name, will appear on our records. We also include your name in the Trade Marks Journal if we accept your application. Both are open to the public on our website and can be searched using most standard search engines.
Apply online (e-TM3)
Send us your application using our electronic version of form TM3.
Fill in form TM3
Fill in form TM3 (33Kb).
You must fill in sections 2, 9 and 12, and sign the declaration at section 14.
If there is not enough space for any of your answers, especially section 9, the list of goods and services, use separate sheets. Number each sheet and indicate how many extra sheets you have used at the end of your form.

What happens next?
