Harmonisation of substantive patent law

Since 2004 industrialised countries have been meeting to discuss possible harmonisation of substantive patent law - the B+ process.

In preparation for a plenary meeting of the countries involved, to take place in September, a draft "policy intents paper (67Kb)" and a "discussion guide (16Kb)" have been developed.

We would welcome your views in response to these documents and have arranged for a consultation meeting to take place in our London Office on Monday 8 September at 14:00.
