Is design right protection enough?

Does your product meet the requirements for protection?
To be eligible for design registration, your product must conform to certain rules.
Are you sure your product is not already registered?
There are ways in which you can check to see whether your proposed application is already registered.
Are you the owner or inventor your product?
If you are the creator of a design, you will be regarded as the owner of that design and entitled to apply for design registration with some exceptions.
Have you received enough advice?
You can get confidential advice regarding your proposed application from a number of different sources.
Have you considered protection abroad?
A United Kingdom registered design will only give protection in the UK. Check out the alternatives if you’re thinking of protection abroad.
